The panel discussion, with special guests Susan Szenasy and Joseph Salvatore, will discuss the phenomenon of writers who are also designers. How might the point of view, tools and palettes of the space designer behave differently in the terrain of literature?

Esteemed Japanese designer Shigeru Uchida, President of Tokyo’s Kuwasawa Design School and recipient of multiple international design awards, has for decades engaged in diverse design projects worldwide from furniture, light fixture and product design, to architectural interiors and urban planning.
