SCE Faculty Honored at 2015 AIA New York Awards
At the recent AIA New York Awards for 2015, a number of SCE faculty received honors for some of their recent projects. In the residential category, Andrew Bernheimer and Bernheimer Architecture won a merit award for their Quonochontaug House in Charleston, Rhode Island. David Leven and LevenBetts received two merit awards in this category, one for a home in Princeton and one for a beach house in Amagansett, New York. David Lewis and LTL Architects were honored in two categories. Their Parking Plus proposal for Westbury, New York received a merit award in the Urban Design and Planning category, and their NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development received a citation in the Interiors category. Hayes Slade and James Slade of Slade Architecture received a citation in the Interiors category for their Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at LAX.
