Elle Decor has named Parsons Product Design Director Rama Chorpash as one of the 20 talents shaping design today. In addition to his role as an educator, Chorpash is a noted designer whose work explores the contemporary social use and production through the design of benchmark products, environments, furniture, and art.

Chorpash also was recently selected by The Art Directors Club (ADC) to serve on the design jury for the ADC 91st Annual Awards, one of the preeminent design awards programs in the world. Fellow jury members include Arem Duplessis (jury chair), design director of The New York Times Magazine; Irma Boom, the noted Dutch graphic designer; and Alan Dye, creative director of Apple.
