I was honored to present the DRAFT of my forthcoming book, ‘OSMOTIC BONDING: Art & Architecture,’ at the Material Eco-systems: Digital, Physical, and Cultural Assemblies Symposium in Venice,Italy on November 22, 2023. The organizers and presenters were Orella Luorio (Polytechnic of Milan) and Juan Jose Castellon (Rice University). Other participants included Alessandro Tellini (ETH Zurich), Mariana Popescu (Delft University), Ingrid Paoletti (Politecnico Di Milano), Hanna Dahy (University of Stuttgart), Patricia Guaita (Polytechnique de Lausanne), Eduardo Cabay (Architecture of Catalonia), Stephanie Chailtiel, and Ceramica Cumela.
The event took place at Centro Studi e Documentazione della Cultura Armena in Venezia on November 22. My book intertwines Art and Architecture through personal, social, environmental, historic, cultural, and existential narratives and explorations for imagined futures. It encompasses both analog and digital adaptations of resilience, perseverance, and resistance.
I extend my gratitude for the invitation to share this narrative.
Congratulations once again to Nishan on this incredible opportunity!
