Two Product Design juniors have work featured on the design website Mocoloco. Maryam Khaled Alkhalifa’s Leit is a series of perforated steel candleholders inspired by the numerous power outages that punctuated her childhood in Bahrain. Kim Kazandjian’s Ubo bowls are slip cast ceramic, and designed to allow the user to control their portion intake of daily meals. Both students worked with faculty member Pete Oyler in his Dynamic Media course, focusing on product photography, styling and publication.
