Higher Education – Higher Ambitions:
Sustainable Practices, Healthy Environments, and Better Learning
As we increasingly become aware of the impact that our physical surroundings have on people and the planet, more emphasis is put on providing a learning space that is comfortable, energy efficient, and that promotes creativity as well as socialization. Naturally, this cannot be achieved by a single piece of technology or design, but rather it requires a holistic approach to the way we think about our universities.
Higher Education – Higher Ambition is an official ArchitectureWeek event. ArchitectureWeek is organized by the American Institute of Architects (AIA New York) and coincides with the A´18 Conference on Architecture in New York City.

We also invite you to join us June 19 in the evening as we examine how circular building design, solutions, and materials can transform the industry from its current “throw away” model: Buildings as Material Banks starts at 6pm. For more information and registration, please go here.
