Allied Maker is looking for a versatile packaging designer to help us take our packaging to the next level. This is a new role within our company, and we’re excited to grow the position. Responsibilities will include:

-Design and develop custom packaging for out most popular products to achieve an attractive presentation and ease of use while using sustainable materials with a cost effective strategy.

– Source sustainable manufactures for production of custom packaging.

– Evaluate our current wrapping and boxing practices, and work with our shipping

department to minimize box sizes to reduce shipping costs.

– Document box sizes and packaging instructions for each of our products in various

quantities.

– Design and produce stickers and labels required for shipping and product assembly.

– Work with the engineering and shipping departments to create cost-effective one-off

packaging solutions for custom projects – ensuring the installation instructions and

packaging presentation align and make sense to an electrician installing the work.
