Interior Design Magazine named Slade Architecture ‘s Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at Newark Airport best lounge project in the hospitality category at the publication’s Best of 2013 award ceremony.  The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse, which offers food and drink in addition to work areas, is inspired by the downtown culture of New York City. Hayes Slade and James Slade teach in the AAS Interior Design Program.
