IIDA NY works to enhance the quality of life through excellence in interior design and to advance interior design through knowledge. Participating Schools included Cornell University, Fashion Institute of Technology, New York Institute of Technology, New York School of Interior Design, Parsons the New School for Design, Pratt Institute, and School of Visual Arts.

The IIDA NY Annual Scholarship award ceremony was held at Steelcase Headquarters in Manhattan.
