We are delighted to announce that Jeanne Choi has been named Partner at Tillett Lighting Design Associates. Jeanne has shaped the firm’s reputation for beautifully-realized solutions to complex design problems for over ten years. She has a deep understanding of the poetry of nighttime public space and an unwavering commitment to seeing each project successful built and maintained. She brings exceptional leadership skills to her new role.
Her portfolio includes dozens of imaginative, technically sophisticated and ecologically sensitive lighting designs for the landscape and built environment. Jeanne’s award-winning projects include Waterloo Park (Austin, TX | Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates); Ann and Jim Goodnight Museum Park at North Carolina Museum of Art (Raleigh, NC | Civitas); and The Bentway (Toronto, ON | Public Work).
Her current projects include The Confluence at Waterloo Greenway (Austin, TX | Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates); Lakeshore Park (Knoxville, TN | Nelson Byrd Woltz); Gowanus CSO Facility (Brooklyn, NY | Selldorf Architects and Scape Studio); and Convergence: A collaboration between Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Scott Family Amazeum (Bentonville, AK | Studio Bryan Hanes).
