Jeremy Barbour, SCE faculty member and founder of Tacklebox Architecture, was recently interviewed about the design for Aesop’s Nolita store for the company’s series, Taxonomy of Design, which explores the constructed environments of its many remarkable international retail stores. The video was directed by the Brazilian film maker Pedro Kok, and features Barbour explaining the concept, design and materiality of the organic beauty company’s store in downtown Manhattan.
