Since the Sunset Park Recreation Center and Pool opened earlier this summer, visitors have been able to use a the new changing pavilions designed and constructed by the students of Parsons Design Workshop under the direction of SCE faculty member Alfred Zollinger. The creation of the pavilions freed up much needed interior space for the Center’s other community programs. The project is featured in this month’s Interior Design Magazine, in an article that also mentions the Design Workshop’s work for the Highbridge Park Pool, another project created through Parsons’ multi-year partnership with the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation,
