The Journal of Architectural Education earlier this spring published Deborah Richmond’s response to the Feminism and Architecture symposium, hosted by SCE last April. The most recent edition of the journal features both a rebuttal to Richmond’s review by Marta Rodriguez, and Richmond’s reply to Rodriguez’s rebuttal. The spirited debate between these two architects and educators within the pages of the Journal of Architectural Education confirms that the conversation about the history and the future of women in architecture is far from over.
