Parsons architecture student Danielle Bowler has published her study of the White Building in Phnom Penh on the Cambodian design blog Lumhor. This work is part of Pen Sereypagna’s research project, “Genealogy of Bassac,” which seeks to understand the development of the Bassac area in Phnom Penh as a community-driven endeavor.  The project is hosted by Sa Sa Art Projects (www.sasaart.info), Phnom Penh’s only artist-run space, in partnership with School of Constructed Environment, Parsons the New School for Design.
