SCE Dean Brian McGrath is one of five international jurors appointed to select the winners of the Hong Kong Cross-Straight Architectural Design Competition. The goal of the competition is to promote design excellence across Mainland China, Taiwan, Macau and Hong Kong, and results were announced on March 28.
