Urban Omnibus, a project website of the Architectural League of New York, featured the Parsons SCE Fall 2009 Integrated Studio in its January 20, 2010 posting in a piece called: Parsons Integrated Studio: the 79th Street Boat Basin.

The article foregrounded the interdisciplinary pedagogical approach of the studio.  As such, student work from both the architecture and lighting design programs was shown in this posting and described how students from both programs looked at the larger environmental and urban systems at work in and around the site and created design proposals that addressed the immediate site conditions of the Rotunda at 79 St as well as the critical connections stretching back into the city grid and along the water line.
