Two projects by AAS students were recognized at the recent IIDA (International Interior Design Association) Student Design Awards. Pedro Barillas, AAS ’14, was a first place winner with his project for the Freeman Hotel and Spa. Barillas developed this project in his Interior Design Studio 3, taught by Adam Rolston and assisted by Andrew Herbert. Amy Reiff, AAS ’14, won an honorable mention for her project, Hotel Design for the Oasis. Her faculty for this ID Studio 3 project was Hayes Slade.
