Noah Yaffe, partner at Steven Holl Architects, presenting at Luminous Talks: Nature & Man-Made

Online design magazine Core77 recently covered the latest Luminous Talks symposium, a collaborative lecture series organized jointly by Parsons and Philips and established in 2012.  The theme for this year’s event was Nature & Man-Made.  Four experts, Davidson Norris (Carpenter Norris Consulting), Noah Yaffe (Steven Holl Architects), Raymond van Ee (Philips) and George Craford (Philips) presented on topics ranging from the challenges of bringing daylight into the skyscraper canyons of Manhattan to the basic science of light perception, followed by a lively panel discussion.  Complete video of the symposium can be found here.
