Mobi, a mobile workstation designed by SCE faculty Andrea Ruggiero for Swedish manufacturer Abstracta, received a coveted 2011 Spark Design Award. Spark is a transdisciplinary international design competition recognizing innovation and ground-breaking ideas. Winners were announced in early October and Mobi was one of only 13 entries selected for the top award. In 2010, Mobi also received Interior Design’s Best Of Year award, the Good Design Award, and a D&AD Award.
