Penland School of Craft will be offering 94 workshops across its studios in May-August 2021, taught by  renown artists and professionals. From clay and paper, to wood, glass and textiles, each studio will be supporting scholarships for students of all levels. The scholarship application deadline for May Specials and summer workshops is February 17.

Also, the School has extended its internship program this summer, including one or more interns to assist in each of the studios. Interns will work closely with Penland’s studio coordinators and visiting instructors to help facilitate the full range of summer workshops. Interns receive meals and housing on the Penland campus and a $1000 stipend. Applications are due February 1.
