Light-Space Art is a multi-disciplinary elective class in the School of Constructed Environments that investigates artistic applications of light within special contexts. As part of the course, students visit galleries and museums to experience the phenomenal effects of light, color, contrast and composition and its effects on perception. This gained knowledge in turn influences design decisions in each respective discipline regarding light, interior space and form.
