MFA Lighting Design Student Kara Palmore, shown here with her daylight study model, is one of eight Parsons students to receive a John L. Tishman Scholarship this year. The John L. Tishman Scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate notable commitment to and advocacy for sustainability through art and design. Kara was one of two students from the School of Constructed Environments and the only Lighting Design student to be acknowledged by this prestigious award.
