The purpose of the studio was to investigate new potential in the saturated hotel market. By mapping trends in culture and society against hotel programs, we were able to generate 8 new brands. From these brands, hotel designs were created. The final review served as a means to communicate these ideas as they overlapped in this synthetic context to members of the design and hospitality community. The Reviews served as an opportunity for students to get feedback and direction and were spread across 4 evenings throughout the term.
