The Landor design team made up of Parsons faculty and alumni has won again, this time taking the International Design Gold Award for Product Design and an Honorable Mention for Urban Sustainable Design. The awards ceremony will take place on May 4 in Los Angeles.

For this project, the Central Park Conservancy commissioned Landor Associates to collaborate on a trash and recycling initiative.  The team designed a new system of trash bins for the Park, while simultaneously emphasizing the Conservancy’s deep dedication to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

The team is made up of Anthony Deen (SCE alumnus and Art and Media Technology faculty), Mike Boylan (SCE faculty), Craig Dobie (AMT faculty), and Lady Tanmantiong (AMT alumna).
