On November 14, the Royal University of Fine Arts in Phnom Penh will host Confluences, Boundaries and Voices, the latest in an ongoing series of Living Arts City Workshops.  The Living Arts City is a collaboration between Parsons The New School for Design, Royal University of Fine Arts, SA SA Bassac, Urban Voice Cambodia and Lumhor Journal. Confluences, Boundaries and Voices continues an international exchange that came about with Season of Cambodia, an arts festival in New York City which took place in April 2013, and included the Parsons-hosted colloquium, Living Arts City: Art and Urbanism in Phom Penh and New York.   This new workshop will bring together a broader array of urban actors not usually part of developing and designing the city. Artists, students, cultural institutions and other people who interested in contributing to ongoing discussions about the city where they are living are invited. It will be an interactive dialogue that addresses the problems and potentials of the city and then we will find solutions and ideas for the city in the future.
