2nd Year MArch students Raymond Bourraine and Andrew McGregor entered the annual international Evolo Skyscraper Competition with their “Upper Bay Tower 1” that they call an “ark of urban civilization”, a water-based urbanism, that proposes that living in and on the water is the future of urban life as sea waters rise and inundate ground based cities, communities and economies.
