77 X 7 X 4 X 4: Screening about the urban environment and human sensori-motor system.

Work from seventy seven students from the seven divisions of The New School forms the basis for this documentary of the University Lecture Course *Cinemetrics: Change Detection and Agency*.

Students worked in teams filming the learning spaces of The New School, public spaces in New York, and the joys and breakdowns of everyday life, learning, creative practices, and scholarship in one of the world’s most dynamic environments. Moving from fashion to jazz studios, parks to subways and neighborhoods, this film by Ashley Ahn distills the challenges of the human sensori-motor system colliding with the contemporary urban environment.
